Buying artwork

If by any chance your artwork arrives and you are not happy with it then you will fill out a (Creating a gallerima return page) return form and state your reason for return. If the artist has given inaccurate information in their posting, for example, wrong measurements, damages that have not been disclosed or with features such as a signature without the artist informing about this, then the artist will pay for the return cost. However, if the artist has given accurate information regarding the painting and the colouring might be slightly different depending on your lighting or you simply regret your purchase you have 14-day time period to return the artwork but in that case, the buyer will pay for the return and have a responsibility that the artwork is in the same condition as they received it meaning the artwork have not left the original packing. In order to return the artwork you must use the return label that the artist has provided. If the artwork arrives damaged you will as a buyer receive a full refund and the artist will pay for the costs associated with the return. For you as a buyer to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that they received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted - Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Gallerima does not ship any artworks directly and cannot, therefore, provide any information regarding the duration of the shipping as artists ship their artwork independently from a worldwide range of locations. The time it will take for you to receive your artwork will, therefore, depend on your location and the artists as well. You can track the shipping in the Order section in your account page when you are logged in.
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. But we will try to accommodate any order change. The quickest way to get a hold of us is by emailing us at Support@gallerima.com Please be sure to include your order number and to let us know what changes need to be made. We will be sure to let you know, as quickly as possible, whether we were able to make the wanted changes.
Yes, the artists can create their own discount codes and give to you personally. Gallerima might give away discount codes in special campaigns also.
If you haven't received an order confirmation email, it is likely the result of one or two things: - Your order was never actually placed and processed. - You have entered an incorrect email address with your order If you are certain that the email address linked to your order is correct, please check the spam folder in your mailing client for your order confirmation. In the event that you still cannot locate an order confirmation, please email our customer service department: Support@gallerima.com
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email and your order date is past 20 business days, please let us know by emailing Support@gallerima.com We will be happy to find out what exactly is going on with your order. You can track your order at anytime in the Order section in your account pages.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on receipt of the package in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Unfortunately, Gallerima has no control over these charges. Customs determines these charges and Gallerima has no way of knowing what these charges may be. Gallerima is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or the chosen package delivery service.
We at Gallerima believes that art is and should be for everyone. Therefore, we offer an affiliate feature (Click here) where you can share a link and earn 15% in commission for each sale.
All the artists on Gallerima have to submit a picture of their government ID, verify their email and be vetted by our team in order to sell through us. Gallerima is working relentlessly to ensure your safety when shopping on Gallerima. We are also protecting your purchases through the use of escrow accounts. This meaning that when you purchase a painting the money will not go directly to the artist but it will go to an independent account that will hold the money until you have received the painting and verified that no damage has been done during the transportation, you also have a 14-day period to regret your decision and if you do so the money will be transferred back to your account. The seller does not receive any money until you have received the painting and the 14-day time period has passed. This is to ensure your satisfaction and safety when shopping on Gallerima.
