If the artist has given inaccurate information in their posting, for example, wrong measurements, damages that have not been disclosed or with features such as a signature without the artist informing about this, then the artist will pay for the return cost. However, if the artist has given accurate information regarding the painting and the colouring might be slightly different depending on your lighting or you simply regret your purchase you have 14-day time period to return the artwork but in that case, the buyer will pay for the return and have a responsibility that the artwork is in the same condition as they received it meaning the artwork have not left the original packing. In order to return the artwork you must use the return label that the artist has provided. If the artwork arrives damaged you will as a buyer receive a full refund and the artist will pay for the costs associated with the return.
