What is the return policy when I sell my art?

We offer a 14 days return policy.

If you as a seller has given inaccurate information, for example, wrong measurements,
damages that have not been disclosed or with features such as a signature without informing
about this, then you as a seller will pay for the return cost.

If the artwork arrives damaged you as a seller are responsible for the return cost.
However, if you have given accurate information regarding the painting and the buyer simply
regret the purchase they have 14-day time period to return the artwork but in that case, the
buyer will pay for the return and have a responsibility that the artwork is in the same
condition as they received it meaning the artwork have not left the original packing.

You must also provide ALL of your packages with a return label so the buyer can easily return the
package to your wanted destination.

For the buyer to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition
that they received it. It must also be in the original packaging, otherwise it will not be eligible
for a refund.
